  • All US orders over $100 ship free! For orders under $100, I offer $12.99 flat rate shipping. Keep in mind, if you are local you may absolutely opt for free local pick up!

My current lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks. When your order is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it’s officially in the UPS or USPS’s hands! Because of this, I cannot guarantee the exact date your order will arrive, but kindly keep in mind I am doing my very best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!

Due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please double check my processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.

All signs come in a clear protective wrap. Please keep them in this until your event to prevent scratching, fingerprints, or dust. If you take the signs out of the wrap, try to cover them back up during travel. If your signs are hand painted, do not stack them directly on top of each other without something in between. Certain temperatures can sometimes cause them to stick. Keep them wrapped individually, or how they came.

  • To clean, lightly spray glass cleaner on a microfiber towel and gently wipe. Do not use alcohol to clean! It will remove the lettering.
