Do you offer RUSH orders?
Rush orders can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please contact us with what is needed first and we will confirm if we can make it happen. Rush fees will apply.
Do you offer discounts?
Please follow us on Instagram for special promos/ sales/ giveaways. We do not offer collab deals or influencer discounts at this time.
What are your shipping costs?
All U.S. orders over $150 ship UPS GROUND free! We also offer UPS Priority shipping for $19.99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current turn around time for orders needing custom design work is 2-3 weeks. Print ready files are at a current turn around time of 2-3 business days.
Do you offer returns?
Because our products are handmade and personalized, we cannot accept cancellations or returns. Please carefully review our processing times and ensure your order details are correct before making a purchase.
How can I protect my signs?
Acrylic – To clean, spray glass cleaner onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe the surface. Do not use alcohol, as it can remove the lettering.
