Please carefully review all custom details and spelling before placing your order.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Final seating chart details must be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to the intended pickup date and must be submitted in Excel format for direct copy and paste into the design to avoid spelling errors. Names must be listed exactly as you want them to appear, either by table or in alphabetical order. We do not organize names on your behalf. Any information received after this deadline will incur a rush fee of $100 or more, based on timing and production availability.
Design Proofs & Revisions
A digital proof of your seating chart will be emailed for approval prior to printing.
Each order includes two rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions are available for $15 per round.
