  2. Customization Check: Double-check all customizations and spelling before completing your purchase.
  3. Guest List Submission: Submit your final guest list in an Excel document, specifying the desired order (table or individual letters).
  4. Timely Submission: If your guest list isn’t ready yet, order now and submit it no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date to orders@jcsartdesigns.com.
  5. Mockup Approval: You’ll receive a mockup of the seating chart via email before printing. Two revisions are included; additional revisions incur a $15 fee.
  6. Rush Orders: Rush orders (submitted later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date) will have a $50 fee.
